Walking in darkness, I look up to see
hundreds of stars, resplendent and free.
The Moon is reflecting no light tonight,
so the stars burn especially bright.
Though overcome by such splendor and awe
viewing what only Spirit could draw,
the bite and the chill of autumnal air
send me back to the warmth of my lair.
The twinkling glow of stars up above
has brought to my mind a feeling of love
encountered through a Truth I now know
that was shown to me a long time ago….
Within a dream, I gazed at a sky
illumined by stars. Among them was I!
The Truth I learned that mystical night
is that each of us is part of the Light.
All human beings while living on Earth
need to embrace their brilliance and worth.
For when I became at one with that star,
I could feel how unlimited we are!
