your passion growing hotter

(and often a projection)

while an urge for the forbidden

to awareness and expansion.
What’s underneath the surface
will reveal your higher purpose.
The shadows of illusion
hinder power.
Ego’s self-infatuation
impedes imagination.
Like Narcissus with a mirror,
you will hold your image dearer
than the flower
of your inner-self’s unfolding.
To know what Soul has written
for the path that you’re traversing,
you have to quit conversing
with your ego.
Via stillness, you are freeing
the wisdom of your Being,
quelling fears that dwell inside you.
Clearer thinking now provides you
an ‘amigo’
who can share your carnal mansion.
The spell, at last, is broken
now that Higher Self has spoken!
Achieving disillusion
wakens presence.
A new clarity of vision
erases indecision.
