I AM

I AM the starry sky
that inspires a breathless sigh;
the wise, all-seeing eye,
which the people glorify.

Even when you’re loathe to cry,
your heart cannot deny
that emotions magnify
my Presence from on high.

I AM the master key
to each lock and boundary;
how Buddha came to be
underneath the Bodhi Tree.

For I AM all that you see
(and to the nth degree),
be it spume upon the sea
or why the birds fly free.

Divinity unflawed,
I AM omnipresent God;
the earth on which you trod
whether home or while abroad.

Though you hold me far above
as Holy Spirit’s dove,
I embrace you like a glove.
I AM Eternal Love!
