Message #4

This is a time of great change.  Whenever there is a transition from an old way of being into a more-expansive expression of Source in form, the changes that occur are perceived by some as gain and others as loss.  Focusing on what is being eclipsed from our lives vs. what is being drawn in produces distortions in the energy field, causing disruptions to the daily routine that grab our attention.  Bringing attention back to the present moment allows us to cut through the fog of chaos, redirecting our focus and, thereby, our actions to be in alignment with Soul.  Just as a sudden, nearby movement or an unexpected, loud noise can instantly put us in the NOW, unusual and mind-expanding occurrences persuade us to question our perceptions and open our minds to Spirit’s voice.  When the rantings of ego are drowning out the more-subtle nudges of Soul, Spirit intercedes.

Human beings’ thinking minds, at times, override the wisdom of the Higher Self.  The fear-based drive to attach human reasoning to events and experiences as perceived through mortal eyes clouds what is easily visible to the crystalline eyes of Soul.  When truly present, we see clearly, not through a mirror darkly; the growth of wisdom accelerates as we detach from the need to know why things happen as they do.  Allowing Spirit to flow through physical form unobstructed by the fear-based thoughts and lower energies of ego creates an ease of movement, a serenity that allows all earthly elements to seamlessly accommodate our Soul-driven intentions.  Once the effortlessness of being aligned with Soul is experienced, we know the power of Spirit at one with the earthly realm and ever strive to embody that grace in each moment.  Awareness of oneness with All That Is resides in the cells of our physical organism; our human desire for the joyfulness and serenity that accompanies that state of being is the impetus for every moment of existence.

When the ego gains hold of our thinking mind, directing our attention toward what we perceive as lack, we become entangled in a web of illusion.  The totality of the Universe and the Oneness of of All That Is fractures via our perceptions into seemingly-separate energies:  We see abundance and lack, sorrow and joy, love and fear, right and wrong.  Our individual experience of what appears to us as diametrically-opposed energies convinces us that we are missing what it is we need; we believe ourselves to be denied what we desire by a force outside of ourselves.  We might recall a time in our past when we…possessed what it was we desired, and we dream of a time in our future when we can have what it is that we want.  If we were to ground ourselves in the NOW, we would know the state of grace where/when plenitude exists.  Unity would be our experience; we would be bathed in tranquility.  There is no pressure or dissatisfaction in the NOW; expansiveness and peace permeate presence.

Grace is a characteristic of the state of presence, as is ease.  Love resides at the heart of a human being aligned with Source.  Our perceptions of lack are simply…perceptions; in a state of grace, all that is required is available to us.  Whatever is needed on our journey lies in the present moment and cannot be found in either the past or the future.  Accessing the state of grace ever-present in the NOW is all that is required to be in the flow of life.  Resistance to presence is absent where/when there is love; fear separates us from our inherent power as aspects of Source manifest in form.  “…All That Is persists despite what mortal man defines, no matter where we draw the lines we think we daren’t cross.  What we perceive as loss is just a face of plenitude….”
