In Search of the Future

In search of the future,
at times, I can see
just a flash of whatever will come to be.

I release the past
and let go of the pain.
In not asking why, my mind, I unchain.

Alert in the present,
I sometimes can feel
older fears bleeding through that I need to heal.

I accept what is,
and I don’t need to know
to where the path Soul has chosen will go.

Serene in my presence,
I patiently wait.
As my journey unfolds, my life, I create!
