The interplay between Light and shadow in the world of form profoundly impacts each individual dependent upon the lens through which the reasoning mind perceives a thought or event. Your worldview determines perception; therefore, to shift your perception of reality, change your choice of lens.
When we view another through the lens of love, we see them as embodying their highest potential. The reflection of that image is then perceived by the object of our affection as a validation of that potential self. They are thereby empowered by that potentiality and are able to better manifest that version of self into form. The disempowerment felt when we are viewed through the eyes of fear, no matter through which lens that fear is filtered (i.e., anger, contempt, jealousy, and/or judgement), causes us to gravitate towards that less enlightened projection. Though choice of thought and action is solely that of each individual, the energetic support of our fellow humans plays a role in the potential expressed in the world of form.
Our first and highest priority in exercising our power is to wisely choose the filter through which we determine our self-image. By changing our filter to a higher resolution via love-based thoughts and choices, we more readily see the love-based potential of ourselves and others. By expanding our ofttimes limited version of self-potential, we uplift the potentials of those around us by way of our projections onto their screens. Self-love and -care—whether through the thoughts that we think, the content of our emotional body, or the expression of self via action on the earth plane—is where we are best able to exercise our highest form of power while incarnate. By aligning our personality with Soul, we embody our highest potential vibration, which we then emanate to others. In raising our vibration, we allow and empower those we perceive as other-than-self to entrain their vibration to ours. If you want to change the world, so to speak, begin by changing yourself.
Power expressed when aligned with Soul is always of service to self and others and is perceived as Light (in the many ways that might be interpreted by the human reasoning mind). Power not aligned with Spirit is dense and casts a shadow in the world of form. Raise your personal wattage through the elevation of thought by adjusting your lens and seeing clearly. A shadow is dispelled where there is Light—and there is always Light (despite what you might be perceiving dependent upon your chosen lens). It is in the world of form where we are best able to learn this Truth. Earth school was designed precisely for that purpose.
Live and learn! Compassion and kindness are two of the best clarifiers of humankind. With an unobstructed view, not only are we able to see the Light, we are the source of Light itself. During the “Season of Light” and throughout our calendar year, may we all shine brightly!
