Message #44

Divisiveness is currently widespread and apparent in many different ways.  The separateness that all humans experience has become magnified due to the energetic climate of division.  A feeling of isolation is more markedly felt now by most, even those who are well integrated in communities of like-minded people.  Awareness of the upheaval that has begun in order for a new world order to occur has everyone—no matter their beliefs or chosen side—hesitant, cautious, and unsure of the evolutionary direction of the human race.

Though memories of kinder times are in sharp contrast with the feelings of déjà vu from earlier eras of separation and hatred, they now co-exist, causing an inner turmoil and confusion that is clearly reflected in the societal goings-on.  We are both wanting to escape into the past while also begging for a fast-forward button to hurl us over the next several years into a future era of enlightenment.  Neither, of course, is useful or possible; only presence brings peace while in transition.  Despite the perceptions of the reasoning mind and emotional body, have faith in the inherent goodness of the human species and trust that the intelligent design of the Universe always flows and expands us toward the Light.  Stillness allows us to access serenity, and we all need that touchpoint during these chaotic times.

Choose wisely where you focus your attention.  What are you feeding yourself through the eyes and the ears?  Is what you watch and that to which you listen uplifting?  Is your food of choice nourishing you or depleting your energy?  Now more than ever, choose with wisdom and integrity where and with whom your energy is shared.  Surround yourself with compatible vibrations—ones that resonate comfortably with your own and/or take you higher and wider.  Feelings of contraction, fear, and being less than signal that a change of focus is required.  Unity can be experienced with a shift of perspective and by aligning with those with whom you are spiritually in sync.  Remember:  Oneness is reality; division is but an illusion.
